She trained as a Yoga Teacher with Dakini in Yoga Space and with Brigitte Longeville in Restorative Alignment.

She trained as Somatic Educator in Bodymind Movement with Mark Taylor and has already taken courses at the Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Center with  Sharat Arora.

She has 9 years of experience teaching children at the Kuruwi School and loves to share the happiness that yoga has brought to her life.

Vegan food educator

EXPERIENCE

Master in education and vegan nutrition in Spain.

With more than 15 years of experience in veganism. She is the founder of Organic Natural Gourmet and La Semilla in Veracruz, where she facilitates online vegan courses. 

​

In her experience and motivation of eating with compassion, she invites us to verify in a kind way that"it is possible to eat delicious, balanced and nutritious food, without voluntarily harming anyone".

Geshe Lobsang Dawa

Mahayana Buddhist philosophy

EXPERIENCE

Currently a lay practitioner, he was the first Mexican to be ordained as a monk in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, obtaining his full (Guelong) ordination from His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. He learned the Tibetan language at SARAH College of Higher Tibetan Studies in Dharamsala, North India, home of HH Dalai Lama and center of the Tibetan community in exile.

 

He traveled south to enter Drepung Loseling Monastery University, where after more than a decade of advanced study he graduated as the first Spanish-speaking Geshe (Doctor of Buddhist Philosophy).

Cecilia Buzón

Neuropsychoeducator

EXPERIENCE

Neuropsychoeducator, graduated from the University of  Berkley, California. She specializes in trauma and resilience at the University of Buenos Aires.  Professor with more than 2 decades of experience, she coordinates her own school in Patagonia, Argentina affiliated to Emory University, where she teaches workshops to implement social, emotional and ethical education in the classrooms. 

 

Recently, she shared with colleagues from around the world the latest SEE learning meeting with His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Dharamsala, India (December 2022). She is a facilitator for the Foundation for the Development of Compassion and Wisdom since 2012. She taughts courses in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, USA, France, India, Nepal, Russia and Mongolia.

Yazmín Martínez

Environment educator

EXPERIENCE

Master in Environmental Chemistry at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, with experience in recycling processes, urban gardens, agriculture, pollinating gardens, harvesting systems and rainwater harvesting, among others.

He heads Planet Zero, a social enterprise dedicated to designing and implementation of environmental projects to raise community awareness about the interdependence between human beings, the environment and a healthy environment, resilience and sustainability.

He studied Technichian of Business and Tourist Activities in Madrid.

Together with Beatrix Méndez, heads and animate Mas allá del Viaje, a group of people with a common dream, an amalgam of people interrelated with people from all over the world.

​

Kike is the author of the  book "Tibetan land on the cat's grave" and "You never know".

Arturo Fernández

Arturo Fernandez

Sonotherapy 

EXPERIENCE

Graduated from the Communication Sciences and  Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He has independently studied music and integrates it with body movement and mindfulness as social and emotional learning.

​

In his career in music, he has participated as an instrumentalist in the UNAM Academic Choir, in the Netzahualcóyotl Hall, Carlos Chávez Hall, Simón Bolívar Amphitheater, government and cultural venues in Germany, Austria and Italy.

 

He is the founder of the Mexican fusion music project Calaveras de Azúcar and creator of "Texturas Sonoras" project, an interdisciplinary concept in which live sound creation, with psychological tools and contemplative practices, are aimed at well-being and emotional management.

 

He is currently an ambassador for Sewhandpan, an Italian company that manufactures “handpans”, a contemporary instrument called a “sound sculpture” with mystical melodic qualities.

Martha Portillo

Meditation

EXPERIENCE

Psychologist and Master in Psychotherapy. She has been a facilitator of the 16 Attitudes for a Meaningful Life, accredited by FDCW and instructor of the Seminar to Offer Service to the Foundation by the FPMT.

 

She has been a designer and facilitator of emotional intelligence, human development and mindfulness workshops for companies since 2001. Creator of the ABI Program (Support for Comprehensive Well-being) for hotel employees since 2017.
